Nutshell AI operates on a one-time fee basis for access to our application ("App"). The fees and terms associated with these purchases are available on our website, withnutshell.com, and within the App. While we may consider transitioning to a subscription model in the future, this policy pertains to our current one-time fee structure.
Refund Requests

No Refunds after 3 Days
Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for any reason for transactions that are more than 3 days old. We encourage you to evaluate our services thoroughly within the first 3 days after purchase to ensure they meet your needs.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
